NVIDIA RTX PRO 6000 Blackwell is a family of GPUs rather than one identical board. Product listings can easily drop “Max-Q Workstation Edition” from the name or incorrectly replace it with “Server Edition”. Both variants have 96GB of GDDR7 memory with ECC, but they differ in power, cooling and intended system design.
The Bestconnect server uses an NVIDIA RTX PRO 6000 Blackwell Max-Q Workstation Edition. It is not the Server Edition. “Workstation Edition” identifies the GPU variant installed in the machine; the service itself still provides an entire physical bare-metal server to one customer.

What Max-Q means in this offer
The Max-Q Workstation Edition uses active cooling and has a total board power of 300W according to NVIDIA. The manufacturer describes it as optimised for dense configurations, including multi-GPU workstations. Bestconnect supplies this GPU in a physical machine with 192GB of RAM, a 2TB enterprise NVMe drive and 10 Gbit/s connectivity included.
The variant name does not change the access model: the customer is not renting a workstation seat or a fraction of the GPU. It receives administrative control of the whole server stated in the Order.
What Server Edition means
Server Edition is designed for data-centre deployment. The air-cooled model uses passive cooling, and NVIDIA specifies configurable board power up to 600W. A liquid-cooled model is also available. These are characteristics of a different GPU and should not be attributed to the Max-Q configuration offered by Bestconnect.
Does a higher specification guarantee a faster job?
The runtime of a real workload cannot be predicted reliably from TFLOPS, board power or memory bandwidth alone. Results also depend on numerical precision, driver and library versions, batch size, data movement, system cooling and the application's implementation.
For that reason, we do not present converted or third-party results as performance measurements of the offered server. A useful benchmark must be run on the target machine and published with its software versions, settings and methodology.
Which variant can I order?
The current offer is unambiguous: RTX PRO 6000 Blackwell Max-Q Workstation Edition with 96GB GDDR7 ECC. The complete machine configuration, availability and activation date are confirmed before an Order is accepted.
