Bestconnect develops GPU Server Hub, a monthly rental service for whole physical GPU servers. We combine a specific machine with colocation, power, cooling, our own network and public IPv4 addressing. The hardware operates in Katowice, Poland, and the current offer is available to businesses established in Poland and other European Union countries.
See the current GPU Server Hub offer.
Why GPU Server Hub exists
The service is designed for companies for which an instance billed by the hour or shared GPU access is not the right operating model. The customer receives a specific server for exclusive use and decides which operating system, drivers and applications to run. The price, service term, configuration, activation date and network parameters are confirmed in the Order.
We do not try to replace every cloud platform and do not claim that one server fits every workload. A company can describe its requirements before applying so both sides can check whether the available configuration is technically suitable.
Principles behind the service
| Principle | What it means for the customer |
|---|---|
| The whole machine | the server and GPU are not shared with another service customer |
| Explicit configuration | hardware, network, term and price are recorded in the Order |
| Current availability | the machine count shown on the website comes from the pool maintained by the administrator |
| Predictable cost | billing is based on the agreed term rather than a running GPU-hour meter |
| Customer control | the customer administers the system and selects its software stack |
| Defined responsibility | Bestconnect maintains the physical and network layer; the customer manages its environment and data |
What Bestconnect provides
We provide the physical server and GPU stated in the Order, colocation, power, cooling, connectivity to the Bestconnect network, allocated addressing and hardware diagnostics. Every active service includes network-level L3/L4 DDoS filtering by default.
The infrastructure is located in the 4DC2 data hall in Katowice. The facility operator publishes information about its power, cooling, access controls and 24/365 technical duty on the official 4DataCenter page. Bestconnect commitments are defined by the Terms and the individual Order; the service has a standard 99.9% SLA.
What the customer controls
The customer installs and maintains the operating system, drivers, applications and user accounts. It is also responsible for required licences, security of its exposed services, encryption and backups outside the server unless the Order expressly defines a different scope.
This division provides administrative control while making it clear which party is responsible for each part of the service.
B2B sales in Poland and the EU
Before accepting an Order, we confirm the business details, VAT treatment, hardware availability and expected activation date. Polish company data can be retrieved from the official Statistics Poland REGON BIR service. For a company in another EU member state, an EU VAT number can be checked through the European Commission's VIES service. A missing result may require clarification, but it is not presented as an automatic judgement about the business.
We do not currently sell this service to companies outside Poland and the European Union. The English-language website serves the EU market in English; it does not indicate availability in the United States or other regions.
Ask first, apply when ready
A company can ask a question before beginning an application. Registration is only needed when it is ready to agree the configuration and proceed towards an Order.
