# Report Illegal Content or Abuse

**GPU Server Hub — DSA notice mechanism**
**Version 1.1 dated 9 September 2026 — English translation revision EN-1**
Public path on the Provider's website: **/report-abuse/**

This document is an English translation provided for convenience. The Polish version 1.1 is binding. In the event of any discrepancy, the Polish version prevails, subject to the priority of an individually agreed Order and any mandatory provisions of law.

The point of contact for recipients of the Service and authorities is **contact@gpuserverhub.com**. Messages are assessed by a human; contact is not solely automated.

## Information required in a report

The form should contain:

1. the reporting person's full name or the reporting organisation's name;
2. an email address for acknowledgement and response;
3. the exact IP address, URL or other location of the information;
4. the date, time and time zone of the event;
5. a description and specific reasons why the information or activity is unlawful;
6. secure attachments or links to evidence;
7. a field stating: “I declare that, to the best of my knowledge, the information and allegations contained in this report are accurate and complete.”

For a report concerning a suspected sexual offence against children, the mechanism permits the name and email address to be omitted to the extent provided for in Article 16 DSA. Where there is an immediate threat to life, the emergency number 112 should also be contacted.

## What happens after submission

1. If an email address has been provided, the system acknowledges receipt without undue delay and assigns a case number, even where supplementary information is required.
2. The Provider assesses the report in a timely, diligent, objective and non-arbitrary manner. It may request missing information.
3. Following its decision, the Provider informs the reporting person of the outcome and available means of redress, provided that it has that person's contact details.
4. A Customer whose Service has been restricted receives the specific statement of reasons required under section 9 of the Terms available at **/terms/**, unless the law temporarily prohibits this.
5. A request for manual reconsideration may be sent to contact@gpuserverhub.com and should state the case number. This does not restrict the right to apply to the competent court or authority.

## Possible actions

Depending on the law, credibility of the report, urgency and risk, the Provider may take no action, request that the Customer remedy the infringement, apply a filter or address block, temporarily isolate the Server, suspend or terminate the Service. The action should be proportionate and limited to the necessary scope.

Automated alerts may be used to detect an event or for brief urgent isolation. A longer decision is reviewed by a human.

## Information for authorities

An order or official request should identify the authority, legal basis, details of the responsible official, unambiguous scope and secure means of response. The Provider verifies authenticity and responds through the channel appropriate for the relevant authority.
